Where It All Began
On 18 April 2008, Mr. Ratnesh Chopda moved from Alandi to PCMC and opened the first Kalpataru Food Shopee. It began as a small family venture offering dry fruits, pure ghee, namkeen and quality snacks. Mrs. Reshma Chopda joined later that year, helping shape Kalpataru into the family-run business it is today. By 2012, growing customer trust led to a larger two-shop space and a wider range of products. The shop grew, but the values behind it stayed the same — quality, consistency and genuine service.
